Return Process

  Initial Inspection

  Ensure your boots are in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear, creases, or sole marking, and include all original packaging.

  Request Authorization

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the boots back in their original box and pack them into a secondary shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
